Meet Lesley Clous, the Owner of HRbiz. Lesley has over 20 years experience as an HR Manager and Organization Development Consultant for Fortune 500 Businesses and opened HTbiz in 2018. Since that time she has particularly enjoyed the reward of working with smaller locally owned businesses.
Lesley has extensive experience developing and conducting training sessions from Team Development to Leadership, to effective Communication to Safety.
She is an Employee engagement expert with over a decade of experience developing and managing the high-performance work system of a large manufacturing facility that runs with leaderless shifts and operates at world class reliability.
Lesley has provided Employee Engagement, change management, HR support and LEAN improvement support to manufacturing facilities, healthcare organizations, sales organizations, corporate leadership, Human Resource organizations, Maintenance organizations and Finance organizations in the U.S, Europe, Mexico and Canada.
She has experience managing multiple HR Departments and can offer support to any HR function. Her technical skills in all areas of HR can support you and your business in any area that you may have a need. She has a Bachelors degree in Business, is a certified Covey Trainer, Certified LEAN Facilitator and Certified Mediator.
